Rome Statute   Denmark signed on 25 September 1998. Denmark ratified on 21 June 2001, becoming the 35th State Party.
Agreement on Privileges and Immunities Denmark signed the APIC on 13 September 2002 and ratified on 3 June 2005.
Bilateral Immunity Agreement Denmark has not signed a BIA.
Implementing Legislation Universal Jurisdiction: Denmark can exercise universal
jurisdiction over war crimes, torture, terrorism and other crimes. For more information please visit: www.sico.ankl.dk Enforcement of sentences: Denmark is in dialogue with the ICC for an agreement. Victims: Victims compensation are dealt with under ordinary Danish legislation regarding compensation.
Membership Denmark is a member of Friends of the ICC, European Union, Like-Minded Group (no longer active), Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, Council of Europe.
