Rome Report of the Coalition for an ICC

In this 20th anniversary year, the Coalition is pleased to present the Rome Report of the Coalition for an International Criminal Court.

We believe this publication provides an extraordinary view into the unique contribution that NGOs and the Coalition made to the drafting of the momentous Rome Statute. The report covers the period of 1994 - 1998, from the start of negotiations in the Sixth Committee of the UN General Assembly, through the historic adoption of the treaty late in the evening on the final day of the Rome Conference.
